Note The inter-document links in a PDFversion of a technical document are functional only if all the cross-referenceddocuments are saved to the same local directory folder. An error messageappears if you click a link that references a PDF document that is not locatedin the same folder (when viewing via your local hard drive) or is part of adifferent download (when viewing online). To save a complete set of PDF filesto the same folder, download the Word,Excel, and PowerPoint Standards Support .zip file. This is a largefile and can take a few minutes to download.

If an Office application such as Word or Excel isn’t working correctly, sometimes restarting it will fix the problem. If that doesn’t work, you can try repairing it. When you’re done, you might need to restart your computer. Repair Office from the Control Panel. The steps to access the repair tool vary depending on your operating system.
